Tennis Set for Pair of Home Matches

PISCATAWAY, N.J.Ā ā Rutgers tennis opens its Big Ten campaign this Friday, Feb. 14 with a home match against Maryland at 12:30 p.m. The Scarlet Knights then return to action at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 15 when they host UPenn. Both matches are scheduled to take place at the East Brunswick Racquet Club.

- In their last outing, the Scarlet Knights competed in their first ever doubleheader and added two more wins to their season record, advancing to 5-1.
- Rutgers is currently on a three-match win streak with two of those wins being sweeps against URI and Binghamton.Ā
- After allowing only one point to be scored on her by NJIT in singles during the doubleheader, sophomoreĀ Sydney Kaplan's record mirrors that of the team at 5-1.
