#16 Women's Soccer Set for Matchups with Monmouth and La Salle
Aug 31 | Women's Soccer
"Trainings have been going really well. We're continuing to build the chemistry on the training fields to implement it into the games. I know we're hungry for more goals and that we want to keep creating and finishing our chances. These upcoming practices will be really important for our games on Friday and Sunday," said sophomore forward Sam Kroeger.
"Our mentality is always no shots, no service, no goals, and we have to focus on keeping that mentality strong. During the game holding strong, doing everything we can just to not let them have any opportunities because if they don't score against us, we don't lose. We've been scoring so we just need to keep on scoring and keep on not letting them shoot to get the shutout," said sophomore midfielder Becci Fluchel.
"We have a lot of momentum from the first two games, which we will keep building off of and learning from. We have to use that momentum to keep scoring goals and keep the shutouts going," said sophomore back Emma Misal.
