PISCATAWAY, N.J. – The Rutgers women's soccer program invites the Scarlet Knight community to Yurcak Field for 11 themed matches during the 2023 season with special events, activities, giveaways, and more.
 
Before each and every home contest – beginning with the home opener on Thu., Aug. 17 at 7 p.m. against Holy Cross – a Rutgers tailgate takes place in the parking lot three hours before kickoff. Then 90 minutes before kickoff, fans are encouraged to welcome the Scarlet Knights to Yurcak Field at the Scarlet Walk located outside the ticket booth.
 
Attendance and parking for all Rutgers women's soccer matches at Yurcak Field is free.

Thursday, August 17 | 7 p.m. vs. Holy Cross
Home Opener and Youth Day
Rutgers women's soccer welcomes all young soccer enthusiasts to the game! The first 75 kids wearing their soccer jerseys will receive a free ice cream treat.

Sunday, August 20 | 7 p.m. vs. Hofstra
Fan Fest
Join the Rutgers Football team for a pregame Fan Fest celebration! Enjoy autographs, carnival games, food trucks, and more before heading over to Yurcak Field for the soccer match.

Barbie Day
Bring your favorite Barbie doll and cheer on Rutgers women's soccer!

Monday, September 4 | 1 p.m. vs. Georgetown
Scarlet Out - Wear Red!
Show your Scarlet pride and wear red to support the team. Be one of the lucky fans to receive a Vuvuzela while supplies last.

Cavalry Kick Off
Join the Official Student Section of Rutgers Soccer, The Cavalry, and get free pizza while it lasts. Let's create an electrifying atmosphere together!

Sunday, September 10 | 1 p.m. vs. UMass
Bark in the Park / Sunday Funday / Senior Day
Bring your furry friends to Bark in the Park (more information). The first fans will receive a dog bandanna giveaway. Enjoy face painting and caricature artists before the game. We'll also honor our senior class with a pregame recognition.

Thursday, September 21 | 7 p.m. vs. Penn State
Black Out
Wear black to the game and show your solidarity with the team. Receive a black Rutgers t-shirt, thunderstick, and collectible pin while supplies last. Plus, enjoy $1 hot dogs during the game.

Sunday, September 24 | 1 p.m. vs. Purdue
Alumni and World Cup Day
Join us as we recognize our alumni at halftime. International students, come dressed in your country's colors to represent your home. Let's celebrate soccer's global spirit!

Thursday, October 12 | 7 p.m. vs. Michigan
Breast Cancer Awareness Day
Support Breast Cancer Awareness by wearing pink. Receive a t-shirt while supplies last and join us in raising awareness for this important cause.

Sunday, October 15 | 1 p.m. vs. Michigan State
Kids Club / Special Olympics Day
Be part of our Kids Club and receive a collectible soccer pin while supplies last. Witness an exciting halftime scrimmage featuring Special Olympics participants.

Sunday, October 22 | 1 p.m. vs. Northwestern
Donate Life Day
Help us spread awareness for Donate Life, a nonprofit organization supporting donation and transplantation. Let's make a difference together!
