Prior to Rutgers (At Boston College): Named Second Team All-ACC and First Team All-Northeast Region in 2023 at Boston College … played in 37 games and scored 10 goals with three assists for 23 points … started all 17 games over this past season with 14 points (six goals, two assists)… scored game-winning goal in a 2-1 win at Virginia … saw action in just one game in her first two seasons at BC due to injury

Scholastic: Entering college, Heck was ranked as a top-5 player nationally according to Max Field Hockey, scoring over 100 goals in three years of high school field hockey … was a three-time NFHCA and Max Field Hockey All-American and was named the Max Field Hockey New Jersey Player of the Year as a junior in 2018 … was a three-time All-State and All-Conference selection, was three-time First Team All-South Jersey, a two-time Olympic Conference Field Hockey Player of the Year, three-time First Team All-Group 4 and the South Jersey Player of the Year in 2018 … helped Eastern Regional to a 26-0 record and the number one team in the nation in 2018 … with her on the squad, Eastern Regional was four-time conference champions, four-time Group champions and four-time state champions, making the tournament of Champions finals all four years, winning in 2018 … scored 156 goals and had 78 assists over three years, earning Female Athlete of the Year honors twice from the Courier Post and twice from the Sun Newspaper … set school records for goals in a single game and tournament assists in both a season and career … also competed with USA Field Hockey, where she was a member of the United States U-17 National Team, competing on their Uruguay Tour and was on the U-17 and U-19 Indoor National Team

Personal: Played lacrosse at a high level, where was a US Lacrosse All-American and a three-time All-State and three-time All-Group 4 selection … also played basketball … the daughter of Roy and Kerry, Heck had nine family members play collegiate sports, including three in field hockey … mother played field hockey at James Madison and her grandmother played at Cabrini … sister, Ryleigh, is currently on the UNC field hockey team, and was named the Division I National Player of the Year last season … father played basketball at Stockton State, where he is an assistant coach … brother Jordan played basketball at Stockton and her brother Andrew played football at Ursinus … uncle Andy played football at Wake Forest and in the CFL … aunt, Kiley, played basketball at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and her grandfather played baseball at Slippery Rock …Heck is from the same hometown as Rutgers head coach Meredith Civico and played at the same high school (Eastern Regional) as a number of former Scarlet Knights field hockey players, including Alanna Gollotto, Kimberly Jevic, Austyn Cuneo, Elise Pettisani and Nikki Santore
