“I chose Rutgers for many reasons, but the biggest one was the immediate sense of belonging I felt from both the team and coaching staff. From the moment I stepped on campus, everyone was so welcoming, and not one player had a single bad thing to say about the coaches or the program. It was clear to me how much the coaches genuinely care about their players, not just as athletes, but as people. Family is extremely important to me, so the fact that Rutgers is close enough to home made it feel like the perfect fit. On top of that, being part of such a strong athletic conference while also getting to attend a school with outstanding academics made the decision even easier. Rutgers truly offers the best of both worlds, and I could instantly picture myself growing there both on and off the field.”
