PISCATAWAY, N.J. (November 1, 2012) - The Rutgers field hockey game against Columbia has been rescheduled for Sunday, Nov. 4 at 2 p.m. at Bauer Track and Field Complex. Before the match, seven seniors will be honored for their accomplishments as part of the Rutgers field hockey program.
In Sunday's action with nonconference opponent Columbia, Rutgers will return home to conclude the 2012 regular season. Rutgers owns a 5-3 all-time record over Columbia, and the squads last met in 2011 when the Scarlet Knights traveled to the Baker Athletics Complex. In last season's contest, RU dropped the match, 2-1, with the lone goal for Rutgers coming from the hands of current senior Scarlet Knight Cornelia Duffin (Moorestown, N.J.).
