PISCATAWAY, N.J. - For the second straight week, a Rutgers attackman was named to the USILA Team of the Week. Adam Charalmbides was recognized following a six goal and one assist performance in the win over St. John's.
The six goals tied his career high, doing so for the fourth time in his career. Over three career games against St. John's, Charalambides has scored 16 goals.
Charalambides is the second RU attackman to be named to the Team of the Week this year. Kieran Mullins was recognized after posting two goals and five assists in week one.
For his career, Charalambides has scored 97 goals in 33 games. He is three goals shy of 100 for his career, which would tie him for 10th place all-time in RU program history.
Next up for the Scarlet Knights is a trip to No. 13/14 Army. That game is at West Point at noon on Saturday.
