RU's Fifth Game of the Season Marks Fourth Home Contest
PISCATAWAY, N.J. – No. 11 Rutgers field hockey finishes out the week by hosting Miami (Ohio) on Sunday. The noon game at the Bauer Complex will be streamed on B1G+ with Dom Savino and Eddie Kalegi on the call.
Rutgers opened the year at 2-2. On the year, Rutgers has outscored opponents 9-5 and outshot them 68-38. RU's nine goals have come from six goal scorers, with Guillermina Causarano, Kara Heck and Vicky Jure tallying twice. The team is looking to snap a two-game losing streak, with losses to this week's No. 13 (St. Joe's) and No. 16 (UConn) ranked teams.
