Jamichael Davis is a 6-foot-2, 175-pound point guard returning for his junior season in 2024–25. Known for his relentless effort, playmaking ability, and lockdown defense, Davis consistently brings energy and intensity to the court.

2024–25 Season:

• Played in all 32 games, making 7 starts.

• Averaged 4.6 points, 1.5 assists (55 total), and 0.9 steals (29 total) in 18.0 minutes per game.

• Shot 37% from the field, 33% from three-point range, and 65% from the free-throw line.

• Totaled 49 rebounds and 9 blocks.

• Scored 9 points vs. Monmouth (Nov. 15).

• Made his first start of the season vs. Penn State (Dec. 10).

• Delivered 11 points and 7 assists in a win over Columbia (Dec. 30).

• Scored 9 points in back-to-back games vs. Indiana (Jan. 2) and Wisconsin (Jan. 6).

• Posted a season-high 20 points, playing 31 minutes with 4 made three-pointers at Michigan (Feb. 1).

• Tallied 10 points in just 11 minutes vs. Iowa (Feb. 12).

• Scored 13 points in 15 minutes in a win over USC (Feb. 23).

2023–24 Season:

• Appeared in 31 games, making 14 starts, and averaged 23.0 minutes per game.

• Recorded 5.6 points, 1.9 assists (58 total), and 1.1 steals (35 total) per game.

• Contributed in multiple areas, including five games with 4+ assists and seven games with 2+ steals.

• Shot 37% on two-pointers, 22% from three, and 52% from the free-throw line.

• Averaged 3.1 rebounds (97 total) and scored 174 total points.

• Reached double-digit scoring in 7 games.

• Notable performances included:

  • 11 points and 6 assists in his first career start vs. Seton Hall.

  • Double-digit scoring efforts against Indiana and No. 2 Purdue.

High School:

• At Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe High School, averaged 22 points and 12 rebounds per game while shooting over 60% from the field. He was on pace to become the school’s all-time leading scorer before transferring to pursue a state title.

• Transferred to McEachern High School, where he averaged 22 points, 13.1 rebounds, and 4.1 assists per game.

• Earned First-Team All-Region honors at McEachern.

• Ranked No. 17 in Georgia, No. 38 nationally among point guards, and No. 243 overall per 247Sports.

Personal:

• Jamichael, also known as “J-Mike,” added 15 pounds of muscle in the offseason, spending significant time in the weight room.
• Off the court, J-Mike enjoys eating—especially hot wings—and playing video games, including NBA 2K, NCAA Football, and Call of Duty.
• He has been close with former teammate Ace Bailey since childhood, and the two also attended the same high school.
