2018 (Senior - Outdoor): Posted a time of 15:52.12 in the 5000m at the Big Ten Championships (May 11-13)...Recorded a time of 34:57.33 in the 10,000m to help guide RU to the 2018 Outdoor Metropolitan Championship title (Apr. 13)...Made season debut in the 1500m with at time of 4:07.12 at the Sam Howell Invitational (Apr. 6).

2018 (Senior - Indoor): Named the Big Ten Sportsmanship Award Recipient for Rutgers...ran a season-best time of 15:03.44 in the 5,000m at the Big Ten Championships (Feb. 23-24)...set a PR in the mile with a time of 4:15.92 at the David Hemery Valentine’s Invitational (Feb. 9-10)...placed third in the 5,000m with a time of 15:06.80 at the Met Championships (Feb. 2)...finished ninth in the 3,000m with a season-best time of 8:43.19 at the Met Championships (Feb.2).

2017 (Junior): Won the 10K in a PR time of 31:58.37 at the Metropolitan Championships (April 14-15) ... also placed fourth in the 5K at Mets with a PR time of 15:11.88 ... Claimed fifth in the 1500m (4:02.05) at the Rider Invitational (April 8) ... Contributed to the second place distance medley relay team at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 2-3), while also placing seventh in the 5K and ninth in the 3K ... Made season debut with a third place time in the 3K at the Rutgers Invitational (Jan. 6-7).

2016 (Sophomore): Named All-East University performer with his 24th-place time of 26:41 at the IC4A Championships (11/19) ... placed 71st with a time of 32:13.0 at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships (11/11) ... finished with a time of 28:06.5 at the Big Ten Championships (10/30) ... placed 60th at the Princeton Invitational with a time of 25:12.7(10/15) ... placed 16th at the Metropolitan Championships with a time of 27:04.9 (10/7) ... finished 57th with a time of 26:06.66 at the Rider Invitational (9/16) … made season debut at the Spiked Shoe Invitational in State College, Pennsylvania (9/10), contributing a 53rd-place time of 28:43.4.

2015 (Freshman): Big Ten Conference and USTFCCCA All-Academic selection … made season debut with a 37th-place finish of 25:34.5 at the Rider Invitational (9/19).

Prior to Rutgers: Finished within the top three in the 3200m at the New Jersey Group III Championships for Scotch Plains-Fanwood … Union County 3200m champion.

Personal: An astrophysics and mathematics dual major with minor studies in computer science ... plans on a career as an astrophysicist ... Born and raised in La Mirada, California before moving to Scotch Plains, N.J. at age of 15 ... Proudest sports moment is anytime he scores points for his team ... Greatest sports influence is Olympic medalist Paul Chelimo.
