2018 (Outdoor): Set a PR in 1500m with a result of 4:00.98 at the 2018 Outdoor Metropolitan Championships (Apr. 14)...made season debut in the 1500m with a time of 4:09.55 at the Sam Howell Invitational (Apr. 6)

2017- 18 (Indoor): Finished sixth in the 3,000m with a season-best time of 8:39.56 at the Met Championships (Feb. 2)...finished fourth in the mile with a time of 4:25.23 at the Towson Tiger Invitational (Jan. 13).

2016 (Junior): Named RU's Big Ten Sportsmanship Award recipient ... finished 15th with a time of 26:12 and earned All-East University designation at the IC4A Championships (11/19) ... contributed a 60th-place time of 32:00.0 at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships (11/11) ... finished with a time of 26:13.0 at the Big Ten Championships (10/30) ... placed 45th at the Princeton Invitational clocking in at 25:01.3 (10/15) ... earned Big Ten Athlete of the Week honors after he finished fifth at the Metropolitan Championships with a time of 26:26.6 (10/7) ... finished 25th with a time of 25:23.10 at the Rider Invitational in Pennington, New Jersey (9/16) … placed 50th with a mark of 28:13.1 at the Spiked Shoe Invitational in State College, Pennsylvania (9/10).

2015 (Sophomore): Big Ten Conference and USTFCCCA All-Academic selection … named Big Ten Cross Country Athlete of the Week after finishing seventh with a time of 26:54.7 to lead RU at the Metropolitan Championships (10/14) … helped Rutgers finish second at the IC4A Championships (11/21) at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx, the Scarlet Knights' best team result at the event in more than 15 years … was named an All-East selection with a 16th-place time of 26:15.8 at the IC4A Championships … produced a time of 32:36.7 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Championships (11/13) … 2015 Big Ten Championships competitor at the Sydney R. Marovitz Golf Course in Chicago (11/1) … placed 62nd at the Princeton Invitational (10/17) … top finisher for RU during season opener at the Fordham Fiasco (9/12), placing 23rd with a time 28:21.03.

2014 (Freshman): Placed 36th with a time of 27:02.2 at the IC4A Championships (11/23) … made 10K debut with a time of 33:05 at the 2014 NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/15) … competed in RU’s first ever appearance at the Big Ten Championships in Iowa City, Iowa (11/2) … finished with a time of 26:58.6, good for 16th at the Metropolitan Championships (10/10) … made collegiate cross country debut at the Monmouth Invitational, hosted at Holmdel Park (9/23).
