Rovner came to Rutgers in February of 2020, where she works as Assistant Director of Sports Nutrition. In her role, she manages the daily operations of the Athletic Performance Center Fueling Station and oversee operations coordinator and student workforce program. She work directly with the field hockey, wrestling, baseball, tennis and swimming & diving programs.
Prior to Rutgers, Rovner spent two years as a Dietetic Intern with the College of Saint Elizabeth in their combined Masters/Dietetic Internship program. While obtaining her master’s degree she worked for the New York Football Giants for two seasons. She previously interned at the Cardiac Rehabilitation Outpatient Center at Miriam Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island.
Rovner graduated from Johnson & Wales University with an associate degree in Culinary Arts (2014) and bachelor’s degree in Culinary Nutrition with a concentration in clinical dietetics (2016). She then wen onto earn a Master of Science in Public Health from the College of Saint Elizabeth in 2019. She is a New Jersey native and grew up in Monmouth county.
