Scarlet Knight Baseball Golf Outing Raises $17K

2019 event tentatively scheduled for Oct. 14
PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Hosting 100 golfers and raising $17,000 towards the program, Rutgers baseball held a successful golf outing on Oct. 8 at Forsgate Country Club in Monroe Township, New Jersey. All money will go towards upgrading technology in the Fred Hill Training Complex.
"I want to thank everyone for their support," head coach Joe Litterio said. "It was a great day, the weather was perfect and the course was in great shape. The event gets better every year. It was great to see so many former players, old teammates and supporters of the program. The funds raised will go directly back into the baseball program, allowing us to update the technology side of player development."
The 2019 Scarlet Knight Baseball Golf Outing is tentatively scheduled for Oct. 14 at Forsgate Country Club.
