Why Rutgers? "I chose Rutgers because I wanted to attend a university with a strong academic reputation that was close to home. The opportunity to play Division I baseball at Rutgers was equally important and the coaching staff offered everything I was looking for."
- Made first career start in finale at Virginia Tech, going 3.1 innings with three runs on four hits, striking out three to just one walk (2/22)
- Threw three scoreless innings of relief in collegiate debut at Charleston, earning the win and allowing just one hit and walk with one strikeout (2/15)
Ranked No. 21 overall right-handed pitcher in New Jersey by Perfect Game … ranked No. 21 overall right-handed pitcher in New Jersey by Prep Baseball Report … four-year member of varsity baseball team at North Hunterdon … did not pitch as a senior due to injury … posted a 1.35 ERA as a junior, striking out 49 batters in 46.2 innings … named Hunterdon County Pitcher of the Year by Hunterdon County Democrat, First Team All-Skyland Conference by coaches and First Team All-Area by Lehigh Valley Live … pitched to a 0.83 ERA as a sophomore, striking out 40 batters and allowing just 26 hits in 42.0 innings … named Hunterdon County Pitcher of the Year by Hunterdon County Democrat and First Team All-Skyland Conference by coaches … played travel ball for Zoned Redhawks.
