Ted Cowling

Ted Cowling is in his second year as the athletic trainer for the baseball program at Rutgers. Previously, Cowling spent two years at Seton Hall primarily working with men's soccer and softball, while assisting with men's and women's swimming and diving and women's tennis.

Cowling earned a master's degree in athletic training from Seton Hall University in 2014. While in graduate school, Cowling worked with Seton Hall, Ridgewood High School in New Jersey and the New York Jets. He also earned a bachelor's degree in 2011 from Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio, majoring in exercise science and playing baseball.

Cowling is a certified athletic trainer and current member of the National Athletic Trainers Association. He is also Rooted Rehab Certified, a movement and caused based approach to athletic rehabilitation.
